Processing Capabilities

Our facility is equipped with two distinct chemical processing lines to handle a wide range of project sizes:

32-Foot Processing Line

• Specializes in pre-penetrant etch and anodizing (Boric-Sulfuric, Sulfuric Type II, and Chromic Acid).

• Tank Dimensions: Approximately 32’ long, 7’ deep, and 4’ wide.

16-Foot Processing Line

• Handles pre-penetrant etch, chemical conversion coating, anodizing (Sulfuric Type II & III, and Chromic Acid), and passivation.

• Tank Dimensions: Approximately 16’ long, 6–6.5’ deep, and 4’ wide. (Passivation tanks vary in size.)

Masking Expertise

To ensure precision and meet specific design requirements, we offer part masking during chemical processing. Our techniques include:
